Yes. All homes feature private entrances, which gives the community a more residential feel than a traditional shared-hallway setup.

 

Georgetown of St Louis Apartments offers several 2-bedroom floor plans, and the best fit depends on how you plan to use the space. Beacon Hill I and II are one-level options with 867 square feet, while Arlington offers 1,031 square feet and 1.5 baths. If you prefer a townhome-style layout, Lexington I and Lexington II offer two-story living with the bedrooms upstairs, which creates more separation between living and sleeping space. Depending on the layout, a 2-bedroom can also give you more room for storage, a home office, or a work-from-home setup. Our leasing team can help you compare options and choose the best fit.

 

Georgetown of St Louis Apartments offers a few different 1-bedroom options, and the best fit depends on how you want to use the space. Alexandria I is a one-level, first-floor layout with 729 square feet, a spacious bedroom, and generous closet space, with extra storage in select homes. Alexandria II is slightly larger at 744 square feet and may be a better fit if you want a more open living and dining area or the option of a first-, second-, or third-floor home. Chesapeake offers the most space at 900 square feet and features a two-story townhome layout with 1.5 baths, which can be a strong choice if you want more separation between your living space and bedroom. Yes. All homes include a private patio or balcony.

Select homes include full-size washers and dryers. For those that do not, we have six 24-hour on-site community laundry facilities. 

Georgetown of St Louis Apartments offers a mix of spacious apartment layouts and townhomes across a large residential setting. All homes include private entrances and a private patio or balcony. Select homes also include features such as full-size washers and dryers, charming interior brick walls, copper range hoods, and walk-in closets. This gives renters a range of options depending on the floor plan and home they choose.

You can apply online by selecting Apply Now on the Georgetown of St Louis Apartments website, which takes you to the applicant portal.

The leasing office hours are Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and closed on Sunday.

Applications are reviewed based on income, credit, rental history, and screening criteria. Final public-facing qualification language should be added here from the approved rental requirements statement.

It is usually helpful to start your apartment search a few months before your preferred move-in date. That gives you more time to compare floor plans, review pricing and availability, and gather any application materials you may need. Availability of specific units is generally only known 30-45 days in advance. Please review current availability on our floorplans page and contact the leasing office if you wish to tour a specific floorplan in person. 

After you submit your online application, the leasing team begins the review process. This may include verifying income, background, credit, rental history, and other supporting information. If anything else is needed, the team will contact you with the next steps.

Georgetown of St Louis Apartments offers a virtual walkthrough of select floor plans- so prospective residents can get a feel for the community before visiting in person, right on our website. 

 

Georgetown of St Louis Apartments allows up to two pets per household, with a maximum mature weight of 100 pounds per pet. There is a $300 one-time non-refundable administrative fee per pet and a $35 monthly pet fee per pet. Vet statements are required, and breed restrictions apply. Contact the leasing office for the current restricted breed list and full pet policy details.

Shopping, groceries, and daily errands are close by, including the South County Center area and the retail corridors along Watson Road and Lindbergh Boulevard. Residents are also near Webster Groves for local dining, shopping, arts, and neighborhood character, while Grant’s Trail and Laumeier Sculpture Park add outdoor and cultural options nearby. The setting feels quieter and more residential without feeling removed from what people need every day.

Residents have access to two swimming pools, a fitness center with Peloton and Life Fitness equipment, a basketball court, one dog park, and a playground with barbecue facilities. The community also offers high-speed internet access, parcel receiving, recycling, 24-hour laundry facilities, on-site management, and 24-hour emergency maintenance. Carports and storage are available for an additional fee.

Georgetown of St Louis Apartments offers a more residential setting than many standard apartment communities. With 36 acres of tree-lined grounds, sidewalks, and green space, it feels more open day to day. Residents can choose from one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments and townhomes, and every home includes a private entrance and a private patio or balcony. Select homes also offer full-size washers and dryers and other interior features depending on the layout. The community also includes two pools, one dog park, a basketball court, a fitness center, a playground with barbecue facilities, and 24-hour maintenance.

The Fitness Center is open 6am-10pm

The fitness center is equipped with treadmills, exercise bikes, dumbbells and training stations.

All amenities are no cost to residents. The only exceptions are the additional storage space we have available and reserved carport spaces. Contact the office for questions or to reserve. We ask all residents to consider their neighbors with volume and adhere to local noise ordinances per your lease terms. (The City of Shrewsbury has posted quiet hour ordinances between 10:00pm and 6:00am.)

They are handled on a first come first serve basis unless it is an emergency. Rest assured, our goal is to provide extraordinary service.

No you do not have to be present for work to be completed. Placing a work order either online, via your RentCafe portal or contacting the leasing office to request work be completed within your home provides our Maintenance Professional team permission to enter to complete the requested repairs. Please review your lease terms in cases of maintenance emergencies.
