Georgetown Apartments allows up to 100 lbs. (at mature age)
Maximum of 2 pets per household.
Pet Addendum is required prior to allowing a pet to enter your apartment.
$150 pet deposit
$300 administrative fee, non-refundable per pet
$35 monthly fee per pet
VISITING PETS ARE NOT EXCLUDED FROM POLICY
Restricted Breeds: American Pit Bull Terrier, American Shaffordshire Terrier, German Shepherd, American Bulldog, Chow, Rottweiler, Doberman & Akita (subject to change)
Vet statements are required on all pets that include weight, breed, and proper immunizations.
