Pet Policy

  • Georgetown Apartments allows up to 100 lbs. (at mature age) with a maximum of 2 pets per household.
  • Pet addendum is required prior to allowing a pet to enter your apartment – visiting pets are not excluded from policy.
  • $300 one-time administrative fee, non-refundable per pet + $35 monthly fee per pet.
  • Vet statements are required on all pets that include weight, breed, and proper immunizations.
  • Restricted Breeds: American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, German Shepherd, American Bulldog, Chow, Rottweiler, Doberman & Akita (subject to change).
